Dave the Phoenix Flight Coordinator for Mutts-n-Stuff will discuss this new program benefiting dogs and prisoners. Mutts-n-Stuff is a small group of foster homes dedicated to rescuing any domesticated species of animal, however their focus is the “bully breeds.”
