Baking Soda

Six years ago, my family members consisted of four canine kids. The products I purchased to take care of my family members left odors, powerful fumes within the house and they were costly. I remember with one product my eyes were tearing up and I had a headache. The directions indicated to keep pets away until it dried. Gee, I’m using it to clear their items yet couldn’t have my canine kids around it.

Today within this economy, I’ve learned to maximize my money, use one product that offers multiple purposes leaving no odors or fumes. Now if you are like me you want to provide these loving family members with clean items such as the bowls they eat and drink from, the bathroom waste basket and the litter box free of lingering odors.

To solve this issue I began researching various products currently in my pantry to see if any of them could provide me with multiple purposes. Right in front of me was a 2 lb yellow box purchased for less than a dollar that met my requirements. This item can be used to clean all my furkids’ bowls, used in the litter box and in the bathroom waste basket after cleaning out the litter box. Of course, it has so many purposes I’m sort of embarrassed for not using it sooner.

I’ll bet there are some of you who already figured out the name of this product. If you guessed Arm and Hammer Baking Soda you are absolutely correct. Baking soda is pure, safe and natural and when I use it to wash the pets’ bowls it eliminates odors on contact as it goes down the drain. I sure could have saved money years ago had I thought about this one product. Usually I place one box in the refrigerator one box in the freezer then forget about it for three months. This is truly a beneficial product for all of us.
