BSL a hot topic

A breed ban usually requires that all dogs of a certain appearance (“targeted breed”) be removed from the area wherein the BSL has been implemented. Since when do dogs make up their mind they want to be aggressive? It is time to contact the lawmakers about this piece of legislation.
