Jeanette Lyerly is the assistant organizer. Their mission is to meet others from the area who are pet rabbit owners and fans of rabbits as house pets. They advocate housing rabbits indoors. Join us to learn about the care, housing, feeding and health of their pet rabbits. She will share personal experiences in caring for these curious creatures, thereby enhancing everyone’s life. Jeanette will build awareness and support for adoption of rescued rabbits. And she might also be able to share pet-sitting services and other resources. Those who are interested in rabbit rescue are also welcome, but please note they are not a rescue group — and they do not have resources to re-home rabbits.
